The analyzer utilizes halogen light heating, providing rapid and uniform heating for consistent drying results. Users can set both temperature and drying time parameters to customize tests according to the specific requirements of each sample.


With the capability to store up to 8 data records, the moisture analyzer supports efficient sample management and repeat testing. It automatically displays key information including moisture percentage, dry percentage, heating time, heating temperature, and sample weight.


Equipped with smart heating technology, the device prevents overheating by regulating the voltage to the halogen lamp, ensuring the temperature remains stable and does not exceed the set value, protecting the sample integrity.


The built-in Loadcell sensor ensures precise weight measurement during the drying process, improving accuracy and reliability.


This analyzer supports a moisture range of 0% to 100%, with an accuracy of ±0.5% for samples greater than or equal to 2 grams. The moisture readability is 0.02% N to 0.1g for the same sample size.


Calibration is performed automatically via an external mechanism, simplifying maintenance and ensuring consistent performance.


The device operates within a temperature range of 10°C to 40°C, with a heating temperature range from 60°C to 160°C and a maximum testing time of 99 minutes.
